HOPe sets out on a Pathway to Employment

HOPe has retained 70/30 Partners to help us design and implement a world-class employment program following our recent approval by the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) to offer these services. The 70/30 Partners team has over 20 years of collective experience partnering with individuals across the disability spectrum, their families and DDS to connect people to their communities and meaningful careers.

Jeff Gentry and Rosa Ordaz will be working closely with our Day Program staff over the next year to increase organizational capacity, design our programs, build community partnerships and establish successful contracts for our members. With a high percentage of our adults capable of and wanting employment development and support, this is a great step towards partnering in their growth and potential.
