  • is a longtime Massachusetts resident. He attended Boston Latin School and graduated from Boston University with his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Upon graduating college, he was a CPA at Haskins and Sells and an Internal Auditor at Commercial Union Assurance Company. Before entering retirement in 2000, Jack spent 20 years working at Fidelity Investments. During that time, he held several executive positions including Chief Administrative Officer of the Brokerage Division; Treasurer of The Fidelity Group of Mutual Funds; and President of various operating divisions providing service and support to the Fidelity customer base. Jack is currently HOPe’s Board Chair, a familiar position he held when HOPe was founded in 2003.

  • is a longtime leader with North Easton Savings Bank (formerly Mutual Bank), and has served as Chief Financial Officer and now Chief Operations officer during her 16 years with the Bank. Her earlier experience includes Healy & Healy, CPAs in Easton, as an auditor specializing in financial institutions, and Bridgewater Savings Bank as Controller. A graduate of Simmons College, Aileen earned her masterʼs in finance from New England College of Business and attended the ABA Wharton CEO Leadership Lab at the University of Pennsylvania. She is passionate about assisting the HOPe mission to support adults and children with disabilities and their families. Outside of work, Aileen lives in Duxbury with her husband and two children. She enjoys jogging, yoga, golf, the beach, and spending time with family and friends.

  • joined EMPath as its Chief Financial Officer in 2011. Richard leads a five-member Finance Team and manages the organization’s accounting and contract operations, budgeting process, and overall financial strategy. In addition, he oversees EMPath’s Information Technology systems. Prior to becoming EMPath’s CFO, Richard served as chief financial officer of Revinet, an online ad network optimizer. Prior to that, he was General Manager at Boston.com. Richard is a certified public accountant and received his B.S. from Boston College. Additionally, he took graduate level courses in computer science at Harvard University and engaged in leadership training at Duke University and Dartmouth College.

  • is a member of the St. Catherine of Siena School Advisory Board in Norwood, MA as well as an assistant basketball coach for girls in grades 5 and 6. She also volunteered and served on the board of Meals On Wheels, located in Norwood. She is a past member of the Xaverian Brothers High School Alumni Parent Board, where she and her husband, Rick, received the highest honor bestowed by the school, the Xaverian Medal. Rick and Cathy most recently served as members of Boston College’s Board of Regents. Cathy lives in Westwood, MA and is the mother of two and grandmother of two.

  • is the Chief Growth Officer for Veggie Grill, Inc, a Los Angeles based Vegan fast-casual restaurant chain, as well as a strategic advisor to Edenbridge Health, a Boston based Pace Center (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) operator. In a career spanning over three decades, John has held key executive positions with Paris Baguette, Le Pain Quotidien, Papa Gino’s Holding Corporation, Au Bon Pain Corporation, and Trammell Crow Company. While focused on all areas of the real estate acquisition and development functions, John has direct experience managing all aspects of a start-up growth company including varied overhead functions. He holds a B.S. degree from the University of Dayton and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Suffolk University. John participated on the Greater Boston Catholic Charities Board of Trustees for many years and currently resides in East Falmouth.

  • attended George Washington University as an undergraduate and graduated from the George Washington University Law School. Over the years, Ann has worked as an attorney in private practice, served as a securities enforcement attorney for the Commonwealth and was a policy analyst at Mass Advocates for Children where she continues to serve as a pro bono attorney . Her work at Mass Advocates was featured on Good Morning America. Ann served for ten years as a member of the Bedford School Committee and currently serves on the Executive Committee of Advocates for Autism of Massachusetts and . In addition to serving on the Board of HOPe, Ann serves on the Board of Directors of the Cole Resource Center and 3L Place. Ann received the 2014 Bedford Chamber of Commerce Diversity Award and the Massachusetts Unsung Heroine Award in 2017. Ann and her husband Marty live in Bedford. They have three adult children, including their twenty-nine year old son, Brian, who has autism and a developmental disability.

  • is currently the VP of Finance for WCI (Work Community Independence) and has over 40 years of experience in Human Services and nonprofit management. Bob worked for 28 years for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in various human service agencies including the Department of Children and Families and the Department of Developmental Services. Upon leaving Massachusetts state services, Bob worked for 20 years with various nonprofits to evolve and support their program initiatives, including assisting HOPe with a number of program implementations and initiatives from 2019 to 2023. Bob holds a bachelor’s degree in Social and Rehabilitation Services from Assumption College and a master’s degree in Public Policy from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government. Bob lives in West Roxbury with his partner and is the proud father of two sons. He is also the legal guardian of 12 individuals in Massachusetts.

  • is the Vice President of Innovation and Strategic Initiatives at The Boston Globe. She has extensive experience in sales and marketing with a general management background across multiple industries – professional sports, licensing and entertainment, toys and packaged goods. Prior to joining the Globe, she was the Head of Consumer Products at the National Football League, where she led the expansion of the NFL’s brands into new and expanded categories. Before that, Michelle held a variety of leadership positions over a 17-year career at Hasbro in Rhode Island. She held leadership roles in licensing and global brand strategy, bringing merchandise and experiences to market for Hasbro's portfolio of brands. Prior to that, Michelle worked in brand marketing and market research at the Walt Disney Company and Procter & Gamble. She is a graduate of UCLA and received her MBA from Northeastern's D'Amore-McKim Business School.

  • retired from Fidelity Investments in 2018 after 21 years with the Company. Rob served as a Senior Vice President of Fidelity Real Estate Company (FREC), where he led the teams responsible for real estate design, construction, corporate art and IT. During his tenure with FREC, Rob also led a variety of functions, including engineering services, risk and

    vendor management, site selection and leasing and acquisitions. Prior to joining FREC, he spent four years with Fidelity’s internal management consulting group, including a year in the United Kingdom where he built a consulting group for Fidelity International. Before joining Fidelity, Mr. Reilly was a Management Consultant with Price Waterhouse. He began his career

    in the Boston office of Ernst & Young. He holds a B.S. degree in Accounting and Computer Science from Boston College and an M.S. degree in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is a CPA in Massachusetts (inactive). Rob was formerly the Board Chair for the Kingsley Montessori School in Boston and he currently serves as the Board Chair of EMPath, a non-profit providing emergency housing and mentoring for individuals and families in need in Greater Boston.

  • a Gerontologist, is an Assistant Professor in Healthcare Administration at Stonehill College. Her research interests include the health, healthcare, and social experiences of adults and older adults aging with intellectual and developmental disabilities, particularly those individuals aging on the Autism Spectrum (AS). She is committed to bridging the gap between research and policy to improve care for older adults and individuals with disabilities. Dr. Waldron regularly presents at regional and national conferences and has published work related to healthcare reform, AS, and student empowerment. Dr. Waldron’s education includes a Ph.D. in Gerontology from University of Massachusetts, Boston; an M.S. in Gerontology from University of Massachusetts, Boston; a Moakley Certificate in Disability & Health/Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities from Suffolk University/University of Massachusetts Medical School (joint program); and a B.S. in Health Policy and Management from Providence College.

  • Daniel Yorkman is a senior Manager for FreedomCare, a Home Care Provider based out of New York. He has spent almost two decades working in various operational roles in the healthcare industry with a focus on process improvement and organizational efficiencies. He received his B.S. degree from Neumann University.
