Suzanne Bandanza has dedicated 38 years to her family’s business, Kerivan-Lane, Inc. in Needham, where she serves as a principal with a focus on human resources. An alumna of Skidmore College, Sue has made significant contributions to various organizations, including Dream Big, Catholic Charities, and the Mass General Cancer Center. Known for her exceptional talent in connecting people, Suzanne has been a driving force in fostering collaboration. Her enthusiasm for HOPe’s mission is evident as she has generously hosted our leadership dinners at The 'Quin for the past two years. Suzanne lives with her husband Jim in Boston and Cape Cod. They share a love for boating, gardening, and cheering on the New England Patriots. They have one daughter Lane Marie, an active leader on HOPe's Young Professionals Council.
