HOPe Welcomes New Board Members

House of Possibilities (HOPe) is proud to announce the appointment of two new members to its Board of Directors: Jesslyn Hiltz and Kristin LeBel. Both bring exceptional leadership, expertise, and a shared passion for advancing inclusion and opportunity for individuals with disabilities.

Jesslyn Hiltz is a Key Account Executive for Google Cloud, responsible for fostering strategic partnerships and driving digital transformation for enterprise clients, with a particular focus on leveraging cutting-edge AI solutions. A volunteer with the Big Sister Association, Cradles to Crayons, Girls on the Run and the Arlington High School cross country and track programs, Jesslyn is passionate about increasing awareness of the challenges families face as children with disabilities age out of publicly available programs. She holds a BS degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Drexel University. 

Kristin LeBel is a Director in PwC’s Asset and Wealth Management Assurance practice. She specializes in the alternative investments sector, with a strong focus on the real estate industry. Kristin has led a variety of teams across public and private financial statement audits, internal control assessments, and due diligence. She also works with PwC teams and clients to advance their AI adoption, bringing innovation and efficiency to various processes. Kristin serves on the firm’s Inclusion Council and the Women’s Leadership Council. She earned her BA from Emmanuel College and an MS and MBA from Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim Business School. She is a certified public accountant.

HOPe is thrilled to welcome Jesslyn and Kristin to the Board. Their experience, insight, and dedication to inclusion will play an invaluable role in advancing HOPe’s mission of providing meaningful opportunities and fostering belonging for individuals with disabilities.
