Kristin LeBel is a Director in PwC’s Asset and Wealth Management (AWM) Assurance practice, based in Boston. With over 11 years of experience, she specializes in the alternative investments sector, with a strong focus on the real estate industry. Kristin has led a variety of engagement teams across public and private financial statement audits, internal control assessments and due diligence. She also works with both PwC teams and clients to advance their AI adoption, bringing innovation and efficiency to various processes.

In addition to her client service work, Kristin is an active leader in mentoring and developing talent at PwC and driving inclusion within the firm. She serves on the AWM Inclusion Council and the Women’s Leadership Council. Kristin graduated from Emmanuel College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and she graduated from Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim Business School with a Master of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration. She is a certified public accountant in Massachusetts and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA), and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT).
