John Billingsley

John Billingsley is the Chief Growth Officer for Veggie Grill, Inc, a Los Angeles based Vegan fast-casual restaurant chain, as well as a strategic advisor to Edenbridge Health, a Boston based Pace Center (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) operator. In a career spanning over three decades, John has held key executive positions with Paris Baguette, Le Pain Quotidien, Papa Gino’s Holding Corporation, Au Bon Pain Corporation, and Trammell Crow Company. While focused on all areas of the real estate acquisition and development functions, John has direct experience managing all aspects of a start-up growth company including varied overhead functions. He holds a B.S. degree from the University of Dayton and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Suffolk University. John participated on the Greater Boston Catholic Charities Board of Trustees for many years and currently resides in East Falmouth.
