Bob Guinto is currently the VP of Finance for WCI (Work Community Independence) and has over 40 years of experience in Human Services and nonprofit management. Bob worked for 28 years for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in various human service agencies including the Department of Children and Families and the Department of Developmental Services. Upon leaving Massachusetts state services, Bob worked for 20 years with various nonprofits to evolve and support their program initiatives, including assisting HOPe with a number of program implementations and initiatives from 2019 to 2023. Bob holds a bachelor’s degree in Social and Rehabilitation Services from Assumption College and a master’s degree in Public Policy from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government. Bob lives in West Roxbury with his partner and is the proud father of two sons. He is also the legal guardian of 12 individuals in Massachusetts.
