Adult Day Habilitation Program

Adults with Developmental Disabilities:

House of Possibilities (HOPe) offers a day habilitation program for adults with developmental disabilities.  HOPe provides robust weekday programs for adults.  Our belief is that individuals living with developmental challenges are lifelong learners and if given the appropriate supports, can soar to new heights.  Caring for a special needs adult can be a physically and emotionally exhausting, round-the-clock commitment for families.   We offer person-centered programs, compassion, and encouragement, thus enabling families to live their fullest and happiest lives possible.

These individualized programs offer clients the opportunity to pursue a variety of activities individually or within small groups, and are designed to stimulate and make their lives fulfilling and productive. Our day habilitation program offers clients specialized plans to promote independence.  HOPe’s holistic approach works with all aspects of an individual - bringing together work, family, friends and community to ensure a rewarding experience.

HOPe is the only day habilitation program situated on a college campus that is focuses on lifestyle enrichment for adults living with developmental challenges.

HOPe guarantees the Department of Developmental Services (DDS) standards for care are met and upheld and consistent with the needs of our guests.
