Exciting Program in Support of Families – High Quality Respite in Your Home

We are excited to announce an addition to our program offerings. Through this program HOPe is bringing its supportive services and experienced caregiving directly into the family’s home. As part of our new paradigm in respite care for families, we are creating an additional service for families who need in-home support. Our HOPe-in-Home respite program is designed to enable families to be free from round-the-clock care 365 days a year, while also allowing their child to maintain their daily routines at home.

HOPe-in-Home will begin as a “pilot program” on 2/1/16, with limited availability as we ramp up this program. For information on HOPe-in-Home, please contact Christine Sheedy at c.sheedy@houseofpossibilities.org

As we work to establish the premier children's respite facility, we thank you for your trust and collaboration in expanding our service options.

The House of Possibilities is licensed by the Department of Developmental Services as a qualified service provider for respite in the home.

“We are very excited about the possibility of having respite in our home so we can enjoy a weekend with much needed extra support for our child.  Our weekends have always been focused on caring for our child and having her at home and sleeping in her own bed will maintain her schedule and routine while allowing us to have our own adult schedule, which would be a welcomed opportunity.” – Mary T, parent of 12 year old son with autism
