Whether you are interested in volunteering with us, working for us, or would like to connect with us in other ways, there are many opportunities to help out at HOPe, and to share in our mission.

Employment Opportunities

Consider joining our HOPe Team.  Our staff members are our most valuable asset, and it shows.  With a staff retention rate of 93%, we are more than just a job.  What we do is incredible work.

When you work at HOPe, you are part of something bigger.  You are improving the quality of life for individuals and their families with developmental disabilities. By working with HOPE, you are making a difference in the life of another, their family, and in our community.  You are helping to provide enriching physical, social, and emotionally well-rounded activities to help our clients live the fullest and happiest life possible. Just as we invest in our families, we invest in our staff.  We believe that the foundation for our families happiness starts with our team and just like our families, our employees deserve the very best.  So, HOPe offers excellent benefits and professional development opportunities and just a great place to work.

To be this very special place for our families, we seek out the very best capable and committed talent for our families, from licensed clinicians, to support staff, to administrative staff, and more.  Our mission is important to us, and we are always in search of those who exemplify our values and live out our mission.

If you believe you fit our mission of care, please email your resume to Christine Harte: c.harte@houseofpossibilities.org

Nothing is more important to a child with developmental challenges than spending time with friends who care about them.  A volunteer’s dedication to making a difference for every person they help is a commitment to truly care for another.  Without our amazing volunteers, HOPe would not be where it is today!

If you share our dedication to our mission, you have a place to call home and a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the life of a child with development disabilities, your community, and yourself.

At HOPe, there is a place for everyone.  We offer a wide variety of opportunities from client-based to office help, to painting and decorating, to weekend program work.  HOPe is a place where you can give and feel inspired.

Each year, because of our strong partnership with Stonehill College, we welcome students from the Neuropsychology and Psychology departments to spend a semester with us.

However, we are not just limited to Stonehill; we welcome college and high school students as well as for those looking to gain practical clinical experience who are planning on a career in special education or other disciplines.

Because of our unique high-quality, unique programs and our individual way of caregiving, HOPe is that place to gain hands-on experience working with staff in some areas to nurture the physical, cognitive, and social skills for individuals with development disabilities.
