Weekend Programs Direct Care Staff
The Weekend Direct Care position directly supports children and adults with disabilities who attend HOPe's Respite and Social programs on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Direct care staff are responsible for meeting the needs of participants and ensuring their safety on-site and off-site. Each year, because of our strong partnership with Stonehill College, we welcome students from the Neuropsychology, Psychology, Special Education and Non-Profit Management departments to spend a semester with us. However, we are not just limited to Stonehill; we welcome college and high school students as well as for those looking to gain practical clinical experience who are planning on a career in special education, non-profit management or other related disciplines.
