I am so happy to see this house being constructed and avaialable to so many families who are not qualified for basic needs, and services for their children. I hope this gives them a chance to rejuvenate, and gives their child a chance to be safe and make new friends.

the grodens are so proud to be a part of this project. it gives meaning and purpose to a situation our family was put into and that we were unprepared for. we are so grateful for all of the wonderful people we have met along the way and grateful beyond words to all of our family and friends who have helped us make this dream a reality. as paula says peace to all and always for the kids......

What a wonderful thing! Tough question for you... can you handle children with autism? Many respite houses cannot because it can be dangerous for children with physical disabilities. There are a few out there that can manage autism, but they are so overbooked and understaffed that parents are hesitant to leave their children there. An honest response will be greatly appreciated! All the best to you in your beautiful gift to children and families struggling with disabilities.
